These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Kincadence website and your purchase of our products. Kincadence is operated by Longevity Hub LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 2810 N Church St STE 89462, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to order. You confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products

Our products are dietary supplements intended to support general wellbeing. We try to display information and pricing accurately but do not warrant it is error-free, and may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Content on this site is educational, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown at checkout and may change. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is required before dispatch. Orders go into fulfilment as soon as they are placed and cannot be cancelled once placed, except where our Refund Policy says otherwise (for example, if we cannot ship within the delivery time we promised). After delivery, our Refund Policy and 90-day money-back guarantee apply.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a Subscribe & Save option, the Subscribe & Save discount applies to your first order only. Your subscription then renews automatically every 4 weeks at the regular (non-discounted) price of your selected pack, as shown before you order, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing care@kincadence.com; cancellation takes effect for your next billing cycle.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, including the Kincadence name, logo, and imagery, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Your mandatory local consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
